Press Release: Pet Rescue Assocation Offers Documents and Forms
New Pet Rescue Association Offers More than 160 Customizable Forms, Pet Care Articles, and Information to Help Humane Professionals Save More Animals
Information Available from the National Association of Pet Rescue Professionals (NAPRP)
SANDPOINT, Idaho — Those doing the work of saving homeless animals often lack two things: money and time. A new association called the National Association of Pet Rescue Professionals (NAPRP) helps people dedicated to pet rescue work save time by offering them completely customizable pet care articles, tutorials for common business and marketing documents, artwork, and information.
Like any business entity, humane organizations are faced with the task of getting the word out about their group. Many use newsletters and other outreach to promote their animals, the benefits of adoption, and provide adoptive pet care information. All this material takes time to create. Time many humane workers simply don’t have.
As every writer or graphic designer knows, it’s much easier to edit an existing document or file than it is to create one from scratch. The founder of NAPRP Susan Daffron says, “When I worked at an animal shelter, there was a constant need for pet care information to hand out to adopters and artwork for fundraisers we could pull off quickly and easily.”
Personnel at some humane groups often don’t have the expertise to create graphics or write articles. However, by joining the National Association of Pet Rescue Professionals, they can gain access to more than 160 downloadable pet care articles, forms, artwork, tutorials and other files that are designed to help them get more done in less time. Because they can spend less time dealing with marketing and administration busywork, rescuers can spend more time tending to the animals in their care.
The National Association of Pet Rescue Professionals (NAPRP) also offers members informational teleseminars, newsletters, wiki, and a discussion forum where people can get answers to their questions about running their organization or raising more money. The site also offers a complimentary report called “101 Fundraising Ideas for Rescues, Shelters, and Humane Organizations” which people can sign up to receive via email.
